This review is from: Credit Card Manual Imprinter Knuckle Buster (Office Product)
I realize that this was an inexpensive model, but it really is worthless. It is very difficult to move the bar over the tickets. More importantly, it is almost impossible to get a clean print. I’ve dinked and adjusted the tension over both printing areas. If you put enough pressure to get a clean imprint…it is impossible to move the bar. If you loosen the tension, the bar will slide, but there is no impression. No wonder they call these things “knuckle busters”.

There were no instructions with this machine. The name plate was not attached and I did not know exactly how to do it. It kept falling off so I had to glue it on. The imprint is too light to read, so I will have to hand write the information on my receipts.

This machine was pretty much what I expected. Lightweight, fairly easy to use, but the imprint was quite faint. If the credit card being swiped is old and worn, the imprint is very poor. It works well for a low-tech, portable method to take credit card payments.
