Does it flow like a stream in your veins or does it just move some when your heart beats? Also when you loose a lot of blood…lets say a pint or so, is there empty space in your veins or do your veins constrict around the rest of the blood? Sorry odd questions, just curious.

Your blood moves only when your heart beats. I was donating blood once and the phlebotomist put the needle in incorrectly. Every time my heart pumped, a thin fountain of blood squirted out of the needlehole. It was really cool.
When you lose blood, your veins and arteries constrict. Otherwise, air would get into your circulatory system, and that’s a really, really bad thing. If air were in your circulatory system, when your heart beats, it would simply force the blood into the airspace, and blood would no longer flow throughout your body.

How much weight would that be? Nd no I’m not gonna do it I saw a thing on tv that someone did that and yet only calculated it in inches around the waist and what not. I’m curious about how many pounds she lost. Help? Thanks

I recommend you dont try something like this because
1.Our bodies respond slightly different to certain things. So listen to your body. It will guide you
2.You havent mentioned your current weight,and on top of that you want to kick start 200 calories a day? That approximately an apple an a half OR a soda and a half.
3.People will technically say anything to sell an idea. Think of it like this, in the old times,potion sellers used to crowd the town square and sell colored elixirs claiming to do make people rich. Most of them were scams. So please dont torture your body with 200 calories.
4.The body responds in a very unique way when there isnt enough caloric intake. it breaks down all the sugar stores in the body,days later your proteins that is MUSCLE MASS,then your fat stores.
5.These people on TV forget to mention the emotional and psychological stress they put on themselves and the people around them by going on such a diet.
If you interested in loosing fat,then make short term and long term goals. Lets say you want to loose 10 pounds in 2months. thats 1.25 pounds a week,which is very doable if you incorporate some exercise along with diet changes. But that was a hypothetical. This strategy has helped me alot as im in no hurry,Im taking my time and I have seen the results. over a couple of weeks you will be surprised by this strategy,

it’s all we have and my headaches turn into migraines so is it ok to take them now. Each pill contains 250 mg of asprin 65 mg of caffine and 250 mg of acetaminophen

The excedrin stays in your stomach and sticks to the lining. You have to have it removed in surgery.

I have a pain in my neck but its only in the back of my neck to the right. It feels like I tore a muscle or something but every time i move something on the right side of my body it stretches and hurts my neck. I can look left fine but cant turn my head right.
I hurt it doing workouts in gym today.
Have any idea what it is?

A lot of times we can have a pinched muscle in our back and that can be putting pressure on the nerves leaving the spine and going to your stomach which then could result in it being a problem for your. Here is how to release that so it either releases the pain or it eliminates it as a possibility:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.

So Basketball season is over and that was my workout pretty much. Now that its over, I don’t know what types of workouts I should. I can’t run or walk because I l\ive in Colorado and the weather sucks this time of year.
I’m going prom shopping in spring break on March 16th. I wanna lose 10-12 pounds in 3 weeks.

Try using a jump rope for 30-40 minutes a day or doing things like walking up and down stairs and jogging in place. Also cut your calorie intake to 1500 calories a day and cut out any junk food or sodas or refined sugar and this will help you to lose around 2 or 3 pounds a week, although in general losing as much as 12 pounds in 3 weeks is not healthy for your body. Also drink lots of water as well as this will boost your metabolism,
