I have ms, multiple sclerosis and had a very bad car accident and still have residual pain from that too. Does anyone have real knowledge on this. Thank you in advance for all who have answered, I appreciate you taking the time.

I don’t live in your area so I don’t know any doctors there. Any doctor can prescribe methadone for pain though. With your kind of pain you should see a pan specialist. If one will not help you see another one.
