yes, it’s called YUKON JACK. the more you drink, the more you see how unattractive the men really are. booze works different on women. the more you drink, the more obnoxious one becomes, and the men will stay away!!!!

I have seen couple of Somalis last summer in Eastern San Diego, CA, USA. I saw this 14 yr old carrying 15 pound Basmati rice pack (which is very heavy). I asked her if I can help her with it and the thing that made me kind of useless is that this kid is skinny, wearing sandels with dusty feet from the California sand.

She has this long Hijab (Islamic headcover) in this Californian heat which all the way to her thighs I was wondering if she is tired from the deserty climate and if her Hijab is making her hotter so I asked if I can help her carry the load to her house (becuase she was walking there). She just looked at me and said “You Americans think this is heavy, in Arabia and Somalia people have to carry heavier things a mile, this is barely the size”. Then she went over the sandy/rocky hill without fatigue. So why do Somalis do everything by thmensleves and say they don’t need any help (by the way they clean thier house every day)

Also, I would appreciate any other input if you are a nurse or an OB or GYN or both. I have both conditions. And I have seen several doctors on this. I am considering having Endometrial Ablation. I don’t really want a hysterectomy. And I don’t really have any abnormalities or other issues that really warrant it. I have had all the blood work, pap smears and even a ultra sound. There are no other problems. I have been told by doctors and read some things that suggest that a lower altitude, warmer weather, and lower sea level will help this.
I have noticed when I travel down south, like Arizona or the bottom of Nevada or San Diego, that I have less problems. Just wondering if there is anything to this. We are considering moving down to Las Vegas because of it. I always feel better there and anywhere where its really hot or at least warmer.
Is this all in my head or is there something to this?
What other things can help to minimize symptoms, besides surgery and hormones? Natural!

Altitude can definitely affect it, that’s why some people get nose bleeds in higher altitudes. The higher the altitude, the higher your blood pressure can go to regulate your body. The lower the altitude, things come back down. A friend of mine had ablation done and she is very happy with the results. Personally, I have both as well and have an appointment in the morning for final tests and to schedule my partial hysterectomy. I chose this method because ablation isn’t a guarantee that you can’t get pregnant, only that you won’t carry. It also doesn’t guarantee no bleeding. My friend had a period 3 months after having it done. I have been bleeding for almost 2 years almost non-stop and I’m over it. Hysterectomy is the best choice for me. Unfortunately, there are no natural remedies to cure this.

Is this really true? I am 5.6/7 and I’m 14, I would say at school 14 year olds are mainly 5’4+ and haven’t stopped growing or 4’10-5’2 but not many. Most people are taller than this is it because some people are so much shorter or taller. An abnormality. How tall are you and what’s the average? I thought it was 5’6. Also how come if you’re above a uk size 8 shoe you have to buy at speciality shoe shops yet you can buy size 3 uk shoes easily although big sizes sell out faster, I am a 7 and can never find 6s or 7s in sales. Sizing is weird lol.

Yep it’s true, about 5ft4-5ft5 is the average height for a female.

I’m 5ft2 and I wear a UK size 7 shoe lol.
