I’m planning on taking classses to become a certified nursing assistant and also taking a trained medication aid class if I get my license in minnesota can I still use it in another state? My husband and I plan to move out of state in september, what is the process for getting it transferred to another state?

Each state has it’s own licensing procedures, some might accept your Minn. license, but most if not all, will want you to take their course for their state licensing procedures. You should be able to get comprehensive information from the school you plan to attend.

I am aware of the cabbage diet but I wanna see if there is anything else out there before I do that. I can’t afford the pills and I’m not terriffic at exercising. I have 3 little ones so I do get some exercise, but I’m not willing to go the extra mile I’m a very busy mother and wife and I don’t even have time for myself let alone to exercise. So if you have any GOOD suggestions please tell me. Thank You!!!

Whole grains, lean meats and protein and lots of fruits and veggies. After dinner, go for a thirty minute walk with the kids and hubby.

Check out the dental schools in your area. My son had a lot of work done at a dental school. Low to NO cost! And the work is great. All work is supervised by a dentist at the school my son had his work done. Even dental hygienist programs at community colleges sometimes offer cleanings.

i know that people that are trying to get big, they bulk first then cut. I am thinking about bulking to get my body just a little more bigger, but i want to know how the storage of fat will help u gain muscle. i have friends that were rather overweight and started to work out and became very muscular.

How does this happen?? Thnx

Anytime you have a surplus of calories, you will gain weight both in terms of fat and muscle, assuming you are on a legit lifting routine. Beginners can make some decent gains early on without an official “bulk period” but if you want to add inches to your thighs, biceps, chest, calves etc, you need a surplus of calories, which is why people bulk.

I did my first bulk months ago. It lasted about 5 months give or take. I put on 20 lbs even from the low 120′s to low 140′s. I’m only 5″5 and am in very good shape but have a smaller frame. During my bulk, I put on close to 1 inch around all measurable body parts. However, during the bulk, I did put on some belly fat. My waist line grew over 1 inch. It was inevitable though. Some guys are more comfortable carrying around more body fat than others.

Here is a word of caution. If you’ve never really been that lean or if you’re fairly new to lifting and fitness, bulking might not be the greatest idea. You may do more damage and just put on more belly fat. I suggest you take measurements before a bulk to assess if you are only getting fat or if other parts of your body are growing; they should be if you’re lifting.

Body type plays a vital role. Some people are ectomorphs aka hard gainers such as myself. We can get away with eating more junk food, though I tried to eat clean at least 75% of the time, with the remaining 25% eating whatever I got my hands on. But if you’re an endomorph, this wouldn’t be wise b/c you’ll get too fat.

I am planning on loosing weight for upcoming events. I plan to work out 3-4 times a week. I read about Phentermine online working pretty well. I want to loose 30-50lbs. One thing I am scared for is side effects (if its going to affect me somehow now or show results in the future). I was wondering if its worth getting it? If so, what is one of the best websites to order it from? I completely understand that diet pills can be very dangerous but I plan to use it for a short period of time just to help me take off the excess weight. Please help with options.

People do lose weight, many put it right back on when they finish the course.You can develop a tolerance (need more for the same effect) and it is addictive, so you could need a doctor’s help to stop taking it.

Please don’t order from a website. Many drugs sold this way are counterfeit and some are dangerous.
See your own doctor – as opposed to attending a weight loss clinic, some of which are unethical.

Side effects include insomnia, feeling faint, tremors, an upset stomach, restlessness.
