im a 24 years old male, i had sex sideways on friday night and woke up on saturday morning with severe pains on right my waist which i feel only when i move my right leg or try to bend,the pain has spread all over my right waist but it reduses after i take a hot shower and take pain killer drugs but returns after about an hour
