When I suck in my stomach, only my left testicle goes up but my right hardly moves up when i suck it in?

Question by : When I suck in my stomach, only my left testicle goes up but my right hardly moves up when i suck it in?
What is wrong with it? This has been going on for several years (i’m 13)
The right testicle is alot larger than the left testicle and when i touch the bottom of my right testicle, it hurts slightly.. When I was 10 I went to the doctor and they thought i might of had a twisted tortion in my right testicle. They did an ultrasound on both testicles and everything was okay and normal. and before I had the ultrasound i remember having the same problem i’m having now? So I don’t know what it is? When I ejaculate my semen is normal it’s pure white and sticky and quite alot cums out. So, I think i’m normal and everything is alright but I just don’t know why that is happening? It has been happening for a long time and I don’t know why my right testicle doesn’t really move up when my left testicle does with ease? Any ideas?
